My role was to oversee the effective implementation of our current and future Diversity, Inclusion and Accessibility programmes.

Key duties included;

• Overseeing the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy for the organisation, working with all teams to further develop and identify the opportunities for implementation.

• Supporting disabled artists, audiences, crew and volunteers

• Oversee Accessibility pre-production elements

• Ensure Accessible needs are considered across departments

• Manage Accessibility budget and staff logistics
