Love Coventry Programme Manager (2019 - 2022)

During my time at Coventry City of Culture Trust, I was instrumental in successfully gaining £1.3 million for the delivery of the Love Coventry programme, a co-created community driven programme working with 4 hyper local producers to deliver meaningful creative projects led with, by and for local people.

I managed and led delivery of the programme and workplan including associated policies and procedures, with the Collaborative City team of 8 staff. I was responsible for managing a total programme budget of £1.7 million. Overseeing contracting, budgeting, Event Management Plan’s. My role was vital in relationship management with other department’s, key stakeholders including Coventry City Council and the National Lottery Community Fund, programme collaborators such as 64 Million Artists as well as community leaders and local groups.
